Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging, with tags, accessories, or manuals included.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit instead of a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement? We offer easy exchanges for eligible items. Please reach out to our customer support for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hr of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
